Winners of the 2020 Windermere Prep homecoming court.
Despite things being much different this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, students, staff and faculty at Windermere Prep capped off a festive homecoming week with its annual parade and pep rally Friday, Oct. 2.
Students along the curb sat six feet apart while wearing their masks, while cheerleaders, the Lakers football team and other school groups paraded around the campus.
Following the parade was a virtual, pre-recorded pep rally that students watched in their classrooms. During that pep rally the winners of the homecoming court were announced, including: Ninth grade prince John Rafferty and princess Priyana Bhatta; tenth grade prince JT Rattigan and princess Danielle Work; eleventh grade prince Charlie Holden and princess Giselle Torres; twelfth grade prince Nolan McCall and princess Maria Leitao.
