Members of the Winter Garden Art Association were ecstatic to safely welcome back members of the public for the SOBO Art Gallery’s seventh annual Top Choice awards exhibition and reception Thursday, Oct. 1. Although masks and social distancing were the new norm, guests were more than happy to do their part while enjoying the art on display. Those who attended perused 55 pieces of art on display and were encouraged to choose their favorite and cast a vote for the People’s Choice award.
