Early voting starts in Orange County

The Southwest Branch Library and the Tibet-Butler Preserve are among six locations in the Observer coverage area serving as polling sites for early voting.

While Election Day 2020 isn't until Tuesday, Nov. 3, those looking to get out to cast their ballots can now participate in early voting here in Orange County.

Starting today — Monday, Oct. 19 — and running until Sunday, Nov. 1, residents can pick their candidates of choice at one of the area's six-polling places. All early voting sites are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for those looking to cast their vote in person, while those wanting to vote by mail can drop-off their ballots outside of any polling location.
