The Town of Windermere is beginning its Butler Drainage Improvement Project this week.

Southeastern Surveying will be conducting seven softs digs in the vicinity of Butler St. and 7th Ave. as part of the project.

According to the town, the soft digs will gently remove the earth to expose buried utilities.

" This is a necessary part of the project and should pose very little impact to residents within the area and will be of short duration," the Town of Windermere said.

Southeastern Surveying anticipates the work to begin on Wednesday, Dec. 15.
