Ocoee police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenage girl.

Police said Lyzsandra Lopez, 14, was last seen around 9 a.m. Sunday, May 23. She has reportedly been leaving home at night and returning in the morning. Following an argument with her mother Sunday, she grabbed a backpack and left home.

Police believe she is in the Ocoee or Winter Garden areas, as implied by Snapchat messages. She may be staying with friends and in the area of Ocoee Bulldog Field. Lyzsandra is described as a 5-foot-tall white/Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes.

Lyzsandra is considered an endangered runaway, police said. It is illegal to shelter an unmarried minor for more than 24 hours without the consent of the minor’s parent or guardian or without notifying a law-enforcement officer of the minor’s name.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Ocoee Police Detective Amanda Strong at (407) 905-3160.
