Winter Garden to consider new golf cart routes

Winter Garden commissioners will revisit a resolution during their May 27 meeting that would identify new areas in which golf carts can be used.

Resolution 21-05, if passed, would give new golf cart routes throughout the city a seal of approval.

The adoption of a downtown golf cart district was first discussed at the April 22 meeting but tabled shortly after.

Also on the agenda is a resolution that would determine that West Orange Habitat for Humanity projects in east Winter Garden are consistent with local plans and regulations.
