Light Up Windermere returns for 2021

The November food truck night will include food trucks, a disc jockey and a snow fall.

The Town of Windermere is getting ready for the holiday season with a night of seasonal celebration. 

Light up Windermere is back for the 2021 year with more community fun than ever before. 

From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 19, Windermere residents will come together at the Town Square Park on 520 Main St. 

The event will include local food trucks, a disc jockey, live performances and a snow fall. 

The special “snowfall” from Bubble Bus Orlando will occur between 7:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

Some food trucks at the event will be the BBQ Brazil Express, Fat Ones, The Pretzel Spot and Up in Smoke. 

The event, sponsored by Family Church, is also welcoming back Event Concepts Entertainment. 

Family Church will be providing multiple choirs between 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. and between 6:40 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. Dancers from the White Swan Academy will also be performing a couple dance routines inside Town  Hall between 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

The Windermere Police Department Foundation will also have a tent with special kaleidoscope glasses and other goodies. The foundation will be accepting donations of unwrapped toys and Walmart gift cards on behalf of One Heart for Women and Children.
