Starting Monday, Oct. 18, restrictions on limited public access to courthouses in Orange County will be lifted per the Chief Judge's amended administrative order. This means family and friends who accompany someone doing business in the lobbies of the clerk's office or attending a court hearing will be allowed again into the buildings.

Face masks must still be worn inside the courthouses, and social distancing is recommended.

Anyone who has tested positive for COVID within the past 14 days or has been told to isolate or quarantine should not enter any of the courthouses. Instead, email [email protected] and include your full name, contact information and case number so you can be assisted.

If you plan to visit the courthouse, check MyOrangeClerk.com for the latest information, as these policies will continue to evolve during the pandemic.
