City of Winter Garden launches Living Local campaign

The campaign encourages local participation and support of one’s hometown.

The City of Winter Garden recently launched its Living Local campaign. 

The Living Local campaign aims to encourage local participation and support of one’s hometown and includes events and initiatives to urge community involvement and patronage of local, small businesses, according to the city. 

The “Living Local” campaign follows the previous year-long “Love Local” campaign to help small businesses and community organizations recover from losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

A number of events and initiatives are planned for the remainder of 2021 to provide “Living Local” opportunities

Some of the events include Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations, Outdoor Dining Month in October, Winter Garden's Farmer Market expansion, the Halloween Experience and more. A full list of events can be found here. 

The campaign will run from fall 2021through spring 2022.
