The new, 1,100-acre property marks Conrad Hotels & Resorts debut in Orlando, as well as its second property in Florida.
The 433-room resort features a plethora of amenities, including five distinct dining venues; the Conrad Spa Orlando and Water Garden; Evermore Bay, an 8-acre crystalline lagoon and expansive pool complex; and more than 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
The venue hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate its opening last week.
“We are ecstatic to open our doors here at Conrad Orlando and to have celebrated the momentous occasion by gathering the community and key executives from our property team, Hilton, Dart Interests, Visit Orlando and more for an official ribbon cutting ceremony,” said Sean McCarron, general manager of Conrad Orlando, in a press release. “It’s an honor to lead this fantastic property and team of hospitality experts. We look forward to sharing our resort and its unique blend of relaxation and rejuvenation with travelers and locals alike for years to come.”
Dino Michael, senior vice president and global head for Hilton Luxury Brands, said the opening of Conrad Orlando is a milestone for the brand as it grows in North America.
“The exceptional amenities, bold design and natural surroundings of the property, paired with the seamless service of the Conrad brand, create a unique destination in a lively city like Orlando," he said in a press release. "With a high energy atmosphere and several things to do, Conrad Orlando offers accessibility to the best of the city, while also being a comfortable place to unwind and enjoy for all types of travelers."
