Orange County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services is inviting 150 students to taste test potential future breakfast options.

Students from six schools will taste test 24 breakfast items and rate them and vote for their favorites.

Students also will learn about the nutritional value and importance of eating a healthy breakfast.

The proposed menu additions include ultimate cheesy grits, tortilla wrapped omelet, stuffed hash browns, Eggo Fruit Loop waffles, flame roasted Fuji apples and three cheese egg bites.

Items with an 80% approval rating will be added to next school year's menu options.
