Even dogs loved celebrating the Winter Garden Farmers Market's 17th birthday.
Renee Adams, a deejay, kept the party going with energetic music and kids games.
Sydney McDaniel, 7, showed off her unicorn face painting. She chose a unicorn because she loves the mystical creature.
Colbie Orlando, 5, and Cooper Orlando, 3, were all smiles after getting their faces painted.
Brock Berry, 7, was able to hula hoop for several minutes without the hoop dropping.
Joseph Herron, 2, will be a master hula hooper in no time.
Gabriel Wadowick, 6, ran as fast as he could in place to try to reach the most steps in the step competition.
Xander Mackey, 4, showed off his medal for winning the step competition. He was able to reach 434 steps in one minute.
Tezia Gonzales and her children, Jacob Gonzales and Sophia Gonzales, had a good time celebrating the Winter Garden Farmers Market's 17th birthday.
Maria Uhl has loved seeing Winter Garden have more activities like the Birthday Party on the Lawn for families so she can enjoy them with her 4-year-old daughter Domino Uhl.
The Winter Garden Farmers Market celebrated its 17th birthday with a Birthday Party on the Lawn.
Kids battled it out in the hip hip hooray competition.
Christian Diaz, Beatriz Carrion and 7-year-old Elizabeth Diaz celebrated 5-year-old Christian Diaz Jr., center, winning the hip hip hooray competition.
Andrew Bender and Abbi Bender said they go to the farmers market often with their 2-year-old son Jacob Bender and 4-month-old son Oliver Bender. The Birthday Party on the Lawn was a pleasant surprise for them. "Free snow cones are always a hit," Abbi Bender said.
Maria Uhl has been going to the Winter Garden Farmers Market since its inception 17 years ago.
"I've loved watching it grow and seeing local business contribute more and more," she said. "Now as a mom, I love seeing the different activities that have become available for families."
One of the family activities Uhl enjoyed was the farmers market's Birthday on the Lawn Saturday, June 7. The party was in celebration of the farmers market's 17th birthday and was held in conjunction with the market.
The party featured face painting, kids' games, music by DJ Renee and snow cones.
