City of Ocoee extends construction work on North Lakewood Avenue

The city of Ocoee announced the lane closures on a portion of Security Circle now will last until Friday, July 31. 

The portion of Security Circle near the intersection of North Lakewood Avenue will close for underground utility work from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, July 20, through Friday, July 24. 

The road will reopen Saturday and Sunday, and close once again Monday, July 27, through Friday, July 31. 

The city asks residents and commuters to use caution around crews and consider alternate routes if possible. 

"We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our infrastructure," city officials said.
