Horizon West neighborhood residents concerned after multiple cars were vandalized

Various families in neighborhoods in Horizon West have reported vandalism to their car. 

Reports come from the Lakes of Windermere neighborhood, as well as the Wickham Park neighborhood and others. 

Photos of the occurrence show residents' car windows and windshields smashed, with a rock inside the car. 

Residents in the neighborhood believe the vandalism involves children and/or teens on e-bikes, who have been seen riding around late at night. This has not been confirmed. 

Police was notified of the vandalisms and affected residents were told investigators actively are working on the issue. 

Orange County Sheriff's Office did not reach back out with a comment at the time of publication.
