Career fair for former Spirit Airlines employees to take place at Lake Buena Vista High

CareerSource Central Florida and District 1 Commissioner Nicole Wilson are partnering to help workers who were impacted by Spirit Airlines' closure, and are looking for new career opportunities. 

Workers are invited to register to meet employers hiring across an array of fields, including hospitality and tourism, health care, logistics and supply chain, transportation and transit, administrative and executive support, public safety and government, and skilled trades. 

Residents are invited to attend as well, even if they are not former employees of Spirit Airlines. 

The career fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at Lake Buena Vista High School, 11305 Daryl Carter Parkway, Orlando.
