Ocoee held its annual Family Recreation Day Saturday, July 18, offering a plethora of fun activities for families to enjoy together.
BEAM the DJ provided live entertainment through music, setting the scene at Jim Beech Recreation Center and Family Aquatic Center.
A rock-climbing wall, water slides, pool access, inflatables and rides were popular among families, as well as the face-painting station.
Free hot dogs and burgers were available on a first come, first serve basis.
While some families enjoyed the water and the gleaming sun, others attended the sixth annual Back-to-School Bash, which offered free backpacks, books and school physicals.
There were dozens of attendees, all enjoying the vendors, the games, the fun and each other’s company.
