The West Orange Junior Service League held a festive 15th annual Run for the Roses Saturday, May 3, at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center, bringing the excitement of the Kentucky Derby to West Orange County. Attendees wore their largest hats and most colorful attire to the league’s biggest fundraising event.
The evening provided an evening of Southern charm, derby-inspired food and drinks, a women’s hat contest and a men’s best-dressed contest, and a live viewing of the race.
