YMCAs to host Healthy Family Day Saturday

Both the Roper and Dr. Phillips locations will host this event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1.

Enjoy the end of summer with at the YMCA’s Healthy Family Day this weekend.

Both the Roper and Dr. Phillips locations will host this event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1. The Roper Roper YMCA Family Center is located at 100 Windermere Road, Winter Garden. The Dr. P. Phillips YMCA Family Center is located at 7000 Dr. Phillips Blvd., Orlando.

This year’s Healthy Family Day is part of ESPN’s Take Back Sports movement, in partnership with Disney. It will feature free multi-sport clinics and hands-on YMCA experiences across a variety of program areas. Families can try new activities, build confidence, stay active and explore new interests in a fun, supportive environment.
