New bar to open in Winter Garden

A new bar, patio and kitchen concept soon will open in Winter Garden. 

The Local, located at 16112 Marsh Road, Winter Garden, is taking over the space currently occupied by Two Bridges Pub. 

"Built around community, consistency and energetic guest experience, The Local aims to create a place where locals can gather for great drinks, approachable American food, sports, entertainment and genuine service," said Arrius Salazar, who's taking over operations. "The team's focus is to refresh the space, raise the standard of hospitality, and build a welcoming neighborhood destination that feels fun, familiar and proudly local." 

While Salazar aims to open the bar, patio and kitchen concept in early July, he said that is subject to change.
