FS8, a studio soon to open in Windermere, will mix pilates, tone and yoga for all-in-one workouts.

At the studio, attendees will focus on flexibility, stability and strength.

The workouts are designed to provide a challenge while also focusing on form, accessibility and a positive mindset.
