Winter Garden sets road closures for WOHS senior parade

West Plant Street from Dillard Street to Central Avenue as well as a portion of adjoining side streets will be closed from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13.

In order to celebrate West Orange High School's Class of 2026, the city of Winter Garden is closing west Plant Street from Dillard Street to Central Avenue as well as a portion of adjoining side streets. 

The streets will be closed from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, for the West Orange High School Sen'ya Later Parade. 

The parking lot at Plant Street and Woodland Street also will be closed from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 13. 

Any vehicles remaining on those streets and the parking lot at 2 p.m. will be towed.

The parade kicks off at 6 p.m. and will loop around west Plant Street. 

Community members can line both sides of the street to cheer for the graduates.
