New cardiologist at AdventHealth Winter Garden

AdventHealth Winter Garden added a new, board-certified cartiologist to its team, Dr. Arpit Shah. 

Before joining AdventHealth, he worked at Prairie Cardiovascular in Illinois as an interventional and structural cardiologist. He also worked at Winter Gaven Hospital as the medical director of the structural heart program. 

He was appointed chief resident in his internal medicine residency and chief cardiology fellow in his cardiovascular disease fellowship. 

He brings more than 10 years of experience to the table, and has authored peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and conference presentations about structural and interventional cardiology. 

Besides English, he also speaks Gujarati and Hindi.
