Kiwanis Club of Winter Garden - Horizon West to host community workshop

The workshop will be held at Matthew's Hope to find ways to help children in need.

The Kiwanis Club of Winter Garden – Horizon West is meeting at 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at 611 Business Park Blvd., Winter Garden, to find ways to help children in need.

"Some kids are hungry," Kiwanis Club of Winter Garden – Horizon West officials said. "Some kids need help learning to read. Others need mentors. You can help improve the lives of these kids – one child at a time."

The goal is to brainstorm ideas and plan future service projects and meetings to help Winter Garden children.
