The city of Ocoee is warning residents of a lane closure to last until Tuesday, May 19.

According to the city's website, the turning lane on Ocoee-Apopka Road at Chablis Way is closed for an emergency utility repair, which will last until Friday, May 15.

However, underground repairs and restoration are expected to continue and be completed by the end of the day Tuesday, May 19.

The city asks residents to use caution while crews are on-site and to avoid the area altogether, if possible.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will make our best effort to return to normal traffic flow as quickly as possible," the city posted.
