Frutamix to reopen in Ocoee

A local Ocoee eatery is returning to the food scene. 

Frutamix, a taqueria and paleteria previously located at 253 Ocoee-Apopka Road, Ocoee, closed its doors May 25, 2025, to relocate to a different location. 

After one year of designing and construction, the authentic Mexican eatery will open its doors in the summertime, at 2468 Maguire Road, Ocoee.

Frutamix will offer a variety of menu items, including tacos, tortas, quesadillas and tostadas, as well as paletas, fruit cups, smoothies, milkshakes and more. 

It wasn’t easy, but here we are," the eatery posted on its Facebook. "Frutamix is coming back, stronger than ever. Thank you for waiting for us. This is for you."
