The West Orange Warriors varsity volleyball team had little trouble taking care of visiting Wekiva on Thursday night.
The Warriors (2-0) defeated the Mustangs in straight sets, 3-0 (25-4, 25-11, 25-9).
Jennifer Cook led a balanced attack for West Orange, notching 10 kills on the night.
The Warriors opened the season with a victory over Lake Minneola and will now have six days off before a big game against Apopka on Thursday on the road.
"We've definitely started stronger than last year," coach Ross Usie said. "We're not going to slack off — they're [Apopka] probably one of our toughest opponents this year."
