Lincoln is a friendly 1-year-old dog who was recently surrendered to Orange County Animal Services. Lincoln likes to run around and play in the water, and he would be a great workout partner. Lincoln enjoys being petted and loves people. He is also housebroken and knows a few tricks, such as sit and shake.

Adoption fees for dogs are $55, but for the month of July, the shelter is waiving all adoption fees for military personnel.

Orange County Animal Services is located at 2769 Conroy Road in Orlando, near the Mall at Millenia. The shelter is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. For more information, call (407) 836-3111 or visit ocnetpets.com.

Critter Corner is a new feature in the West Orange Times & Observer that will showcase local animals available for adoption. If you run a shelter or animal rescue and wish to participate, contact Staff Writer Catherine Sinclair, [email protected].
