DR. PHILLIPS Palm Lake Elementary students and families spent their evening munching on pizza and popcorn, playing games and having a great time at the school’s spring carnival Friday, April 21. Bounce houses, inflatable slides and games, carnival games, a silent auction, face painting, food and more rounded out the evening’s festivities.
