DR. PHILLIPS Students at Dr. Phillips Elementary got to do a trial run with their Halloween costumes, thanks to the PTA, as they trunk-or-treated in the school’s parking lot Thursday, Oct. 25. At least a dozen parents decorated the trunks of their cars with themes such as “Jurassic Park” and “The Incredibles” as they handed out candy to students. Costumes ranged from superheroes and villains to unicorns and video-game characters. Event sponsors were Bonefish Grill and King’s Pizza.
