Orange County announced in a press release Tuesday, May 25, that it would be permanently closing four of its COVID-19 vaccine sites Thursday, May 27, at 7 p.m. The sites are located at the Goldenrod, Meadow Woods, South Econ and the West Orange Recreation Center gymnasiums.

While those four sites will be closing tomorrow night, the Barnett Park site will remain open for seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The FEMA vaccination site — which is located on the West campus of Valencia College — will also remain open, but only for the next three weeks to administer second doses only of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccinations will be given to those who received their first COVID-19 shot at the FEMA site, the press release stated.
