Several West Orange swim teams traveled to Boca Raton for the regional swim meet on Nov. 4 and came away with great results.
The Windermere girls and the Olympia boys swim teams emerged victorious when all was said and done.
The Titans boys team had three second place finishes: the 200-yard medley relay, freshman Tristan Bonnet-Emyard in the 500-yard freestyle and sophomore diver Spencer Biggs. They will be moving on to compete at the state meet.
Dr. Phillips' teams also swam well at the meet. They had three regional champions on the boys side in the 400-yard freestyle relay, Sole Fratila in the 500 ahead of Bonnet-Emyard, and Gabo Morales in the 100-yard butterfly. Sammy Collingwood broke the school record in the 50-yard freestyle, taking second place in the event.
All three temas now get ready to swim at the state meet, which takes place on Nov. 12 in Stuart.
