The annual Matthew’s Hope’s Harvest of Hope Garden Party is back and set to occur this weekend.

Based in Winter Garden, Matthew's Hope is a fully independent, faith-based, 501(c)3 non-profit, homeless outreach ministry organization. The ministry is completely funded and supported by the local community, and exclusively serves west Orange County.

This year will mark the seventh year of the fundraiser. Last year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was cancelled.

The event typically raises more than $250,000 for the non-profit organization.

This years event, presented by Advent Health, will include hors d'oeuvres, music and fellowship.

Participants are encouraged to decorate and create their own themed tables in pursuit of the coveted "Best Dressed Table" award.

The fundraiser will take place at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center.

Although online registration has closed, those interested can contact Nancy at 407-905-9500 Ext. 604 or at [email protected]
