Windermere Town Hall witnessed some spooky scenes during the 2021 Halloween Parade and Hayride.

Windermere Parks & Recreation hosted the 2021 Halloween Parade and Hayride on the morning of Saturday, Oct. 30. Participants were dressed to impress as the parade, led by Windermere Mayor Jim O'Brien, proceeded along Main Street, around Town Square, and ended at City Hall. Guests could grab a juice box and snack before boarding a tractor-pulled hayride. Guests then enjoyed the festive finale: trick-or-treating at participating downtown businesses.
