The 88th location of Bubbakoo’s Burritos is set to open Monday, Aug. 29, at 11810 Glass House Lane, Orlando, right next door to Lake Buena Vista High School and White Castle.

Residents of the community will be able to enjoy the build-your-own-burrito concept that the restaurant offers. This concept has helped Bubbakoo's Burritos with the introduction of the Mexican-fusion style cuisine throughout the country.

According to its website, the first Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, back in 2008. Since then, visitors have been able to enjoy the skater and shore atmosphere it offers as well as the high quality food it serves — as it is “fresh, made-to-order, and affordable for kids, families and seniors.”

The most recent addition to the menu? The Scorpion Pepper Shredded Chicken Burrito. It combines the flavors of pineapple, guava and scorpion pepper blended with the restaurant’s buffalo sauce — which has a rating of 50,000 Scoville heat units, placing it a little below the middle of the Scoville Heat Scale.
