Ocoee City Commission to meet tonight

The meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Ocoee City Hall.

The Ocoee City Commission will hold its next regular City Commission meeting at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday,  June 21.

Items in the consent agenda include the approval of new appointments to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and approval of an access easement for the OTC West - Site 73-T-W-7 Tech School at Crown Point PUD.

The meeting includes the first reading of ordinance for the adoption of the new boundaries for the distribution of the Ocoee City Commission's districts. The second reading of ordinance and public hearing will take place during the meeting of July 19. 

The Commission will also discuss the second reading of ordinance in regards to a greater interest and influx of property owners and investors wanting to operate tourist homes or vacation rental units in the City. 

The only item on to be discussed as part of the regular agenda is the approval of the 2022 Ocoee Election Day Remembrance event planner and the program details.

Citizens can attend in person at the Ocoee Commission Chambers, 150 N. Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee.
