The W.O. Baseball Booster Club hosted its second annual Booster Golf Scramble the morning of Saturday, Oct. 8.
About 120 golfers were in attendance to participate in the event, where 38 volunteers provided their time and energy to make sure it was a success.
The Warriors baseball team also was in attendance. Some members of the team played in the golf tournament while others volunteered.
There were numerous donations for the auction prizes which included hotel stays, signed baseballs from MLB players, massage packages, a grill, among others.
All proceeds from the event will go toward building a roof over the batting cages and baseball field operations.
