Ocoee City Commission to host first public hearing for tentative budget

The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, at the Commission Chambers.

The Ocoee City Commission will hold its first public hearing related to the fiscal year 2022-23 tentative budget at 6:00 p.m. Thursday,  Sept. 15.

Commissioners and Ocoee residents will be able to voice their comments and opinions in regards to the proposed budget during the meeting. 

According to the agenda, the topics to be discussed include:

  • The review of the additions and deletions of the budget since distribution
  • Millage rate
  • Ad-varolem tax revenues

The final public hearing for the tentative budget will take place at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21. 

Citizens can attend in person to both public hearings at the Ocoee City Hall at 1 N. Bluford Ave., Ocoee.
