ONP hosting Master Naturalist program

Folks interested in learning more about Florida’s environment are invited to participate.

Registration is open for the Florida Master Naturalist Program – Environmental Interpretation event. Classes will be held on three consecutive Fridays, May 19 through June 2, at Oakland Nature Preserve, 747 Machete Trail, Oakland.

The program is an adult education UF/IFAS Extension program developed by the University of Florida. FMNP training will benefit persons interested in learning more about Florida’s environment or wishing to increase their knowledge for the use in education programs, volunteers, employees, ecotourism and others.
