The city of Winter Garden hosted its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration Monday, Jan. 16. The event kicked off with a parade down Plant Street and continued with a festival at the Downtown Pavilion. Community speeches, family activities, food vendors and stage performers rounded out the event.
