Playa Pizza hosts pre-party to kick off 2023 Pizza Tomorrow Summit

This year, the Pizza Tomorrow Summit brings thousands of attendees to enjoy two days of festivities at the Orange County Convention Center.

Playa Pizza, owned by Stephen Facella, hosted a pre-party Tuesday, Nov. 7, in Horizon West to kick off the 2023 Pizza Tomorrow Summit.

Each year, the Pizza Tomorrow Summit brings thousands of attendees together to find the best of what’s next in the pizza industry. 

Participants explore a multitude of exhibitors with a wide range of products, attend a robust conference program, and engage in entertaining and informative pizza competitions and demonstrations. 

This year, the Pizza Tomorrow Summit is taking place Wednesday, Nov. 8, and Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Drive, West Hall B, Orlando.

The pre-party at Playa Pizza included live music, a fireworks show and a chef's showcase menu.

The menu included items from Riccardo Sala, Sean Ferraro and Vitangelo Recchia. Recchia is a member of the the U.S. National Pizza Team and won second place for the best pizza in the world. 

The eatery is known for serving hand-crafted, New York-style, pizza on the beach.
