The parade began at Citrus Elementary School and ended at the West Oaks Mall with a post-parade celebration, which included keynote speaker Bishop Derrick McRae, senior pastor of The Experience Christian Center.
Participants in the parade included the Ocoee Police Department, multiple units from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, members from the Ocoee City Commission, Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings, District 7 Orange County School Board Member Melissa Byrd, the Ocoee High School Band, Citrus Elementary School, Orlando Health, West Oaks Branch Library, the Ocoee High School Student Government Association and Innovation Montessori Ocoee.
