Lake Buena Vista's Conrad Orlando welcomes new rooftop restaurant

Lake Buena Vista's Conrad Orlando, located inside the new Evermore Orlando Resort, has announced the launch of a new rooftop restaurant: Ceiba. 

Ceiba, located on the hotel's seventh floor, is a contemporary Mexican restaurant boasting an extensive menu with cocktails, freshly made salsas, handcrafted tortillas and more.

Led by Director of Culinary, Chef Stephen Ullrich, and supported by Chef D’Cuisine, David Merlo, the eatery reflects a contemporary expression of Mexican cooking and pays homage to curated ingredients that tell the story of the country’s treasured dishes and artisan purveyors.

“Our commitment to authenticity and honoring the culinary tradition of Mexico through our modern take on cuisine offers a dining experience unlike any other,” said Joshua Murray, director of food and beverage at Conrad Orlando. “We’re excited to have locals and guests alike enjoy their journey at Ceiba, from the tortillas crafted in-house every day and dishes brimming with aromatic spices to the curated cocktail program using quality, agave-based spirits. Ceiba is located at 1500 Eastbeach Way, Orlando. 

The eatery is open from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays for both hotel guests, as well as Orlando visitors and locals.
