West Orange High Theatre will present its fall production, “Ragtime: School Edition,” this week.

The production will take place Nov. 8 through 10. Because of renovation on the West Orange campus, the shows will take place at Lake Buena Vista High School, 11305 Daryl Carter Parkway, Orlando,

Showtimes are 7 p.m Friday, Nov. 8, and Saturday, Nov. 9; and 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10.

The show is based on the novel “Ragtime” by E.L. Doctorow and will feature students from the Lake Buena Vista Theatre Department.

The play contains dialogue and depictions of racism in the early 1900s and may be difficult for some. Viewer discretion is advised.
