Windermere extends voting deadline for Run Among the Lakes medal design

Voting began Friday, June 19, and now will run through Friday, July 17.

Windermere is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Run Among the Lakes, and as part of the celebration, Windermere's Parks & Recreation launched a program to allow community members to vote on the design of this year's race.

There are two options to choose from.

The graphic chosen also will be featured as a mural on the building at West 5th Avenue and Main Street.

The deadline to vote now has been extended to Friday, July 17.
