The festival was rescheduled because of Hurricane Matthew, but it proved to be worth the wait. Children enjoyed a plethora of bounce houses, inflatable obstacle courses, games and other booths. And when they needed refueling, food trucks were waiting just a few feet away with plenty of treats.
