WINDERMERE The weather may not be cool just yet, but that didn’t stop kids of all ages and their parents from heading down to Windermere Union Church’s Fall Fun Day on Thursday, Oct. 27. The festival included pony rides, a pumpkin patch, carnival games, bounce houses, a cake walk and plenty of fall-themed fun. Some clothing vendors set up tents for parents to look at as their kids played, and a couple of food trucks were on hand for those who needed a snack break. All money raised from the festival went to support the church’s preschool.
