The win pushed the Warriors to 1-2 on the season, while the Wolverines fell to 2-1.

In a battle between two rivals West Orange (1-2) ended up on the winning side of a barn-burning 6-5 victory over Windermere (2-1) on Monday, Feb. 25, in boys lacrosse action.

After a back-and-forth first half — which saw the two teams go into halftime knotted up at 3-3 — the Warriors went up 5-3, before a Windermere rally fell just short.

The Wolverines will look to rebound on Monday, Mar. 4, in a home matchup against Edgewater (3-0), while West Orange looks to keep the winning going against Evans on Wednesday, Feb. 27.
