The home at 12516 Park Ave., Windermere, sold Feb. 2, for $2.65 million. Built in 1997, it has six bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a pool and 8,172 square feet of living area. The price per square foot is $324.28. Days on market: 107.

The home at 11221 Macaw Court, Windermere, sold Feb. 1, for $1,110,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,519 square feet of living area. The price per square foot is $245.63. Days on market: 92.

The home at 11602 Claymont Circle, Windermere, sold Feb. 1, for $642,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,159 square feet of living area. The price per square foot is $203.23. Days on market: 42.

The home at 11331 Fenimore Court, Windermere, sold Jan. 30, for $550,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,551 square feet of living area. The price per square foot is $215.60. Days on market: 65.
