American Legion Post 419 will host a special meal for local veterans and their families this weekend.

The Veterans & Families Brunch takes place from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, May 18, at Maple Street Biscuit Company, 16027 New Independence Parkway, Suite 100, Winter Garden.

Join the Horizon West post for a relaxed morning of great food, friendly faces and meaningful connection.

Th event is open to all veterans and their families —spouses, kids, and loved ones are encouraged to come. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here for years, this is a great way to meet other veteran families, share stories, and strengthen our local veteran community.
