Members of Windermere Preparatory School’s Class of 2026 capped off their high school careers with an inspirational graduation ceremony, held at 7 p.m. Friday, May 22, at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
The graduates heard heartfelt speeches from Head of School Alex Birchenall, Director of High School Steve Murphy, and co-valedictorians Suvir Talamas and Thomas Petrongari Rosner.
The school also recognized three graduates — Stephen Horn III, Alyssa Johnson and Jedediah Nijensohn — who earned scholarship to further their education while serving their country. Horn earned appointment to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, while Johnson and Nijensohn both earned Air Force ROTC scholarships.
